Fairwinds CBD provides high quality, innovative, and effective products to help improve your wellness and quality of life. We are committed to providing exceptional customer and patient experiences, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Before submitting a return request, please be sure to read this page thoroughly.
- If you feel a refund on your purchase is warranted after reading through our policy, please email our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order at email@example.com so we can provide the support you need. Please note, you must contact us before returning any product for a refund. If we do not know a product is being returned, we will not process a refund.
- Fairwinds only accepts product returns for products purchased directly through this site. If you have purchased Fairwinds CBD products from another retailer, please contact them for support.
- For most products, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Fairwinds will reimburse product cost but will not cover shipping costs. Please note that for all returns, tracking services of your return shipment must be used in order to verify successful return delivery.
- For some customers, the effects of our products are felt almost immediately; for others, 1-3 weeks of consistent use may be needed before noticing a measurable effect. If you are taking the product for general wellness and are not targeting a specific ailment, you may not notice any particular effect. Much like with many daily vitamins and supplements, some CBD products provide support that does not necessarily come alongside a quantifiable short term effect. Because of this, Fairwinds is unable to provide refunds for our general-use products (ZERO and FLOW) except in the case of damaged products or allergic reactions.
- Please note that Fairwinds cannot accept returns based on flavor preferences. Our products are all natural and contain no sweeteners or artificial flavors, in order to further support your wellness.
- If your product is leaking or otherwise damaged due to shipping, notify us within 48 hours of receipt; we will provide you with a return shipping label and replace the item at no charge.
- Fairwinds will cover all shipping costs on defective and/or damaged products.
- Fairwinds is unable to accept returns due to differences in potency or effect between our national CBD line and our Washington State dispensary line. Every product has potency information available on our website; we recommend becoming familiar with potencies before placing an order.
- Fairwinds products are not approved to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or ailment. If the effect of your product(s) is not meeting your expectations or if you have questions regarding use and dosage, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you mistakenly ordered your product(s), we can accept unopened and damage-free products only. Fairwinds will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- If multiple units of a SKU are ordered, only one item per SKU will be accepted for full credit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the additional items returned. We recommend trying a product to ensure your satisfaction prior to ordering multiple units.
- Refunds will be applied to the payment type used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after Fairwinds receives your return to appear on your credit card statement.
